Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Ardentis Offshore Solutions Sendirian Berhad (“Ardentis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional advisory, incorporation, compliance, and business support services.Due to the nature of these services, returns are not applicable, and refunds are governed strictly by the terms outlined below.
By engaging our services or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Non‑Refundable Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid are non‑refundable once any of the following has occurred:
Work has commenced (including document preparation, submission, or advisory)
Third‑party fees have been incurred (e.g. government fees, agents, banks, registrars)
Applications or submissions have been made to authorities, banks, or platforms
Advisory, consultation, or planning services have been delivered
Digital documents or deliverables have been issued
This includes, but is not limited to:
Company incorporation and structuring services
Bank or payment account opening assistance
Compliance, KYC, AML documentation support
Accounting, tax, audit coordination
Legal or commercial document drafting
3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate PaymentA clear, verified duplicate payment for the same service.
Service Not CommencedThe service has not started, no documents have been prepared, and no third‑party actions or costs have been incurred.
Written AgreementA refund has been expressly agreed to in writing by Ardentis management prior to service commencement.
Any refund, if approved, will be net of administrative costs, processing fees, and currency conversion charges, where applicable.4. Third‑Party Fees
Fees paid to third parties (including but not limited to governments, registrars, banks, payment institutions, or professional partners) are strictly non‑refundable, regardless of outcome, rejection, or delay.
Ardentis is not responsible for decisions made by third‑party authorities, financial institutions, or regulators.
5. Change of Mind / Business Decision
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Change in business strategy
Inability to meet KYC, compliance, or bank requirements
Rejection by banks or authorities
Delays beyond Ardentis’ control
Clients are responsible for assessing suitability before engaging our services.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Ardentis may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Termination of engagement
Reporting to payment processors or platforms
Recovery actions for costs incurred
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
Processing may take 7–21 business days
Refunds are made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
Ardentis is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment providers
8. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
